What we collect
When you create a Go/Newd account, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your chosen username
- Your password (encrypted)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe, we don't store card details)
- Profile information you choose to add (property details, photos, descriptions)
- Basic analytics (page views, booking link clicks)
How we use it
- To provide your property listing on Go/Newd
- To send you important account updates
- To process payments for featured listings
- To show you property analytics
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
Cookies
We may use or introduce essential cookies to keep you logged in. That's it.
Your data
You can delete your account anytime from your dashboard. When you delete your account, we delete all your data within 30 days.
You can export your data anytime by contacting us.
Payments and refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Once you've paid for a featured listing, we can't offer refunds.
Third parties
We use:
- Stripe for payments (they have their own privacy policy)
- Brevo for transactional emails (they have their own privacy policy)
That's it. No tracking, no ad networks.
Content you upload
You're responsible for anything you upload (photos, descriptions, links). We don't actively monitor content, but we'll remove anything illegal if reported.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll email you. We won't make changes that reduce your privacy without telling you first.
